Lumitron Featured as Plenary Lecture at OPIC 2026

On April 22, Lumitron’s co-founder and CTO, Dr. Chris Barty, presented one of three plenary lectures at this years Optics and Photonics International Congress (OPIC) in Yokohama, Japan.  OPIC and the associated Optics and Photonics International Exhibition (OPIE) brings together several thousand attendees annually spanning virtually all optics and photonics related industries and science.  Dr. Barty’s lecture introduced the core, patented, accelerator and laser technologies which enable HyperVIEW to x-ray image with micrometer-scale resolution and to electron-beam treat cancer in a fraction of a heartbeat.
